Situation Review
We will give you a call and discuss your current website, system, forms, prices and also options that you may like to include on your website to add value for your members. (up to 2 hours included)
Content Transfer
Transfer of up to 20 pages of content from your old website or a supplied word document onto your new website includes:
- up to 10 latest news items
- up to 10 latest events
- up to 10 documents
- up to 10 blog articles
Member Import
Import core member details in your membership system to allow for an easy renewal and transition to your new online membership system
Application of Design
We will help you select an appropriate design and apply your new website theme and setup your homepage design so it's ready to launch
Membership Forms
If you supply your current application form we will create up to 3 different membership forms for you. (Number of included membership types dependent on your package)
Member Card Design
We will also design a standard membership card for you to email your members including your logo and company information.
Automated Sign-up and Renewal Emails
We will help you setup your membership welcome emails and automated renewal emails with your logo and company colours.
Member's Only Area
We will setup a members only area for you and the following modules if you are going to use them
- Document Library
- Photo Gallery
- Discussion Forum
- Member Directory
Handover & Training
After your website is setup and ready to go, we will then organise an online training session and handover and talk you through the next steps after your site is live.
