How To Create AI-Generated Images Directly From Your Club’s Wesbite

Date:

Towards the end of last year, I wrote an article about how you could use AI images to help with your club or association. It was called How AI Can Help Your Club or Association - AI-Generated Art. I know, I know, I’m very creative.

Artificial intelligence has continued to march forward in the few months since that article, and now Member Jungle has some exciting AI-related news. We are now introducing the ability to generate AI images from your Member Jungle site. When you add a photo to an event post, news article, or blog post, you can generate your own AI image to go directly into your post. This means you will no longer have to muck around with third-party image generators and can now just use JungleVision AI.

I started my previous article on AI images by comparing two images made with the same prompt to demonstrate how much progress AI image generators are making. Today, I will do the same thing. The image on the right is the newest one made by JungleVisionAI, and the two images on the left are the old images. All three were created using the very basic prompt “an Instagram ad, with a slogan for a car club”.

As of writing, image generators won’t create actual words for copyright reasons. However, requesting images without words or simply erasing unwanted words is an easy workaround for this.

What Is Member Jungle’s AI Image Generator: JungleVision AI

JungleVision AI is the name of Member Jungle’s brand-new image generator. It will allow you to quickly and easily create and add AI-generated images straight to anywhere on your site.

Basically, anywhere where you can typically add images to news posts, events, blogs, emails, or even page content, you will now have the option to use the in-house AI generator. JungleVision AI, as seen below, will allow you to create custom AI-generated images that can be seamlessly integrated into whichever page or email content you are working on.

Not only can they be integrated into your current page, but they can also be downloaded and used anywhere else you want.

You might wonder why this is important and what's in it for your club. I already discussed this in How AI Can Help Your Club or Association - AI-Generated Art. But since we're already here, let me briefly explain it again.

How Generating AI Images With Member Jungle's JungleVision AI Can Help Your Club

Your club's website probably has a lot of images on it already. Maybe they're from club events; maybe they're stock images; maybe they are just whatever Google Images gave you. Some of these images are probably awesome, but some of them are probably just fine. An AI image generator like JungleVision can help you consistently create high-quality images matching your club's style and vibe. Doing so can make finding the perfect image for your newest event or newsletter quick and easy. It can also help you use similar styles, colours and images in all your club's posts, allowing for much better branding consistency.

For example, let's say I run a kayaking club, and I want two images for upcoming posts. One exciting action shot which will be used to advertise an upcoming event, and one with a more relaxed vibe to be used in a News post to wrap up that event.

Below are three options for our event advertisement; all of them are of a man in a red sea kayak. On the left is a random Google image photo I found, in the middle is one I took of my friend, and on the right is an image generated by JungleVision AI.

Honestly, which one do you think would do the best job of catching people's attention?

That’s nothing against the other two photos; they could certainly have their place somewhere on your site, but this is going to do a much better job of capturing your members' attention. Below is this image next to the more relaxed AI-generated picture I’ll use in the event wrap-up post.

As you can see, both images are stunning and work together to create a cohesive branding style.

Sometimes, this part of AI Images gets overlooked,  but they are extremely fun to play around with. Regardless of how massively helpful they can be for your club, they are also just fun and worth spending an afternoon messing around with. How else would you know what it would look like if Luke Skywalker and Elmo had a boxing match?

So, now we’ve established how AI-generated images can help your club, let’s have a look at how to actually use JungleVision AI.

How To Use Member Jungle’s AI Image Generator For Your Club

Generating AI images with JungleVision is super simple and easy to do. All you need to do is open whatever page you want to insert AI images into, then click the “Images” button in the top left of the editor just like you normally would to add an image. Once you do so, you will see the following page.

As you may have noticed, a new option is on the screen's left side. Under Page Images and Global Images, there is now JungleVision AI Images. If you click this, you will be brought to the next page, showing you all the recent images you have generated with AI. If you haven't generated any yet, this will be blank. From here, you simply need to click the Generate JungleVision AI Image button at the top of the screen, and we are off to the races.

Now we are in the AI generator proper; there are a few things here we need to go over very quickly.

At the top of the page is a bar where you can type in your prompt; we will be talking about how to write the best AI prompt shortly.

At the bottom left is the button to purchase more generation credits if you run out. These will start from $15 for 100 credits, though we will also discuss this shortly.

On the bottom right is the button to generate a new image.

Finally, on the right-hand side of the page, you will see several settings, including Style, Colour Lighting and Composition. These allow you better to customise the end result of your AI generation. Each option has an AI-generated picture of a baby tiger with it to show how this will affect your image.

I’ll be honest: generating all those different pictures of baby tigers was one of my favourite jobs.

All the preset options are as follows:

Style

  • Normal
  • Photorealistic
  • Anime
  • Watercolour
  • Futuristic
  • Steampunk
  • Noir
  • Layered Paper

Colour

  • Normal
  • Black & White
  • Cool
  • Warm
  • Vibrant
  • Pastel

Lighting

  • Normal
  • Backlit
  • Dramatic
  • Golden Hour
  • Long Exposure
  • Low Lighting
  • Studio Lighting
  • Moonlight

Composition

  • Normal
  • Closeup
  • Shot From Below
  • Birds Eye View
  • Side On

You can choose one from each of those lists for each of your image generations. These will help you narrow down what you want to generate. I’d recommend playing around with which setting works best together and how to create the perfect image. Also, it’s worth noting that there is nothing wrong with leaving some of the settings on normal. Sometimes, less is more.

As an example of this in practice, here are two images. The first is what I got when I typed in the prompt “a duck,” and the second is what I got when I changed the style to Steampunk and the lighting to Dramatic, leaving every other setting the same.

How To Create The Perfect Prompt For AI Image Generation

If you are unfamiliar with it, the term "prompt" refers to the instructions or requests given to the AI to create a specific image. It's how you tell the AI what you want it to do. Your prompt's quality and specificness will affect your image's end result.

The more specific and detailed your prompt is, the better the result. It's also important to remember that AI tends to lack cultural context and will need to have things really spelled out to it.

An excellent prompt should include details of most, if not all, of the following:

  • Subject
  • Location
  • Action
  • Colour palette
  • Colours
  • Styles
  • Descriptions of the subject
  • Background

When you request an image, it's important to provide a detailed and descriptive prompt. Use adjectives and verbs to convey the mood and atmosphere you're looking for. Instead of asking for "a sandwich", be specific and ask for "a huge, tasty steak sandwich". You may also want to include information about the style or theme you prefer, such as "a glossy magazine photo", "in the style of the Simpsons", "an art deco image", or "an oil painting". This will help ensure that the resulting image meets your expectations and requirements.

Don't worry if the AI doesn't get it right the first time. Just keep changing and tweaking your prompts until you get what you want. This is a learning curve, but it is a fun one.

For a quick demonstration, below are two photos. The left one I generated with the prompt “A 70’s car”, and the right one with the prompt “A pristine red and white AMC Gremlin parked in a rundown industrial estate, whole car in shot,”.

You can see clearly how being specific gave me a better image of the correct car in club colours. I’ll be the first to admit that the AI got a lot of Ford Escort in my AMC Gremlin, but with some basic tweaking, this could be a fantastic picture for a car club.

This is an extremely brief overview of refining your prompts to get the best possible result. If you want a more detailed breakdown, read How AI Can Help Your Club or Association - AI-Generated Art. I do the exact same thing as I did with the cars, but in much greater detail.

How To Start Using JungleVision AI

You can start using JungleVision AI by following the above steps when adding an image to a page or email. If the option to use JungleVision isn’t visible, you will need to raise a support ticket and ask that we turn it on for your club.

To begin with, you will get 50 credits for free that you can use to generate AI images. One credit equals one image generation. After your initial batch of 50 credits is finished, you can buy more credits starting from $15 per 100 credits.

Where To From Here?

Using JungleVision AI will allow you to quickly and easily make stunning, captivating and brand-appropriate images for your club and have a lot of fun while doing it. It can save you the time of scrolling through Google images to find the perfect header image for your latest event and the money of subscribing to stock photo websites. Plus, with 50 free generations with JungleVision AI, you have nothing to lose.
