How To Sign Up To Events With Member Jungle As A Member
Now that your club is using Member Jungle to help run everything smoother, you can register, buy event tickets, and pay online via your club’s website. This whole system is pretty simple and easy to understand, but today, let’s go over exactly how this all works, so signing up for your next club event will be a piece of cake.
How To Find Out About Your Club’s Events
The following process can be done via your club’s website and your club’s Member Junge mobile app, so choose whichever is most convenient for you. First, go to your club’s website and log in as a member. It is crucial to log in as a member; while anyone can purchase tickets to public events, logging in will allow you to see member-only ticket prices and member-only events.
Once logged in, you will need to navigate to your club’s event page. This may vary slightly based on your club’s website layout, but chances are you’ll be able to navigate there from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
If you are using the mobile app, you will find your Events page by clicking the three horizontal lines at the top left of your phone’s screen, which will bring up the menu. Events will be one of the options in this menu.
Once you get to the event page, you will likely see a list of all your club’s upcoming events and/or a calendar displaying that month’s events. The first step is to find the event you want to attend and then select it.
Once you’ve selected your chosen event, you will be taken to the event page for that event. On this page, you will be able to see all the relevant details about your selected event, including:
- Time
- Date
- Location
- Event type
- Event description
- Price range of tickets
- Who else is attending this event
- And a lot more.
Again, on the mobile app, this information will all be present but will be laid out differently.
Please keep in mind that depending on the details your club has added to the event page so you may or may not be able to see all of the information listed above.
How To Purchase Tickets & Register For Events
Once you have gone to the event page, seen all the details, and are ready to book, you can do so by clicking the button in the right-hand column. This button may say, “Register,” “Purchase Tickets,” or something similar.
Once you click this button, you will be taken to a page where you can select the tickets you want (if multiple tickets are available), select the number of tickets you need, and then continue.
You will then need to enter the details of who the tickets are for. This may only be your name and email address, but this may also include other details your club needs to know, like dietary requirements, etc.
Once you’ve entered your details, you will be able to proceed to checkout. This will allow you to double-check your purchase, enter your payment details, and complete your transaction.
You will then get a pop-up to let you know that your purchase was complete, and you will have the option of adding that event to a digital calendar of your choice. You don’t need to do this, but the option’s there.
You will receive an email confirming that your registration was successful. This email will also include a QR code, which will serve as your ticket to the event. Please save this email and make sure you have the QR code on your phone or, alternatively, bring a printed version with you to the event. This will allow you to be checked in to the event when you arrive.
If you use the mobile app, you can also save and access your ticket there.
And that’s it, it’s that simple. Go to your club’s website, log in, go to the event page, choose your event, choose your ticket, and check out. You're done. So, there’s nothing left to do but get out there and enjoy your club’s events.
