The 3 Ways You Can Get Customer Support From Member Jungle
No matter how simple a system is, there will always be times when you need to reach out for a bit of help with something. At Member Jungle, we have done our very best to make our system as user-friendly as possible and are constantly working on improving it. However, there is always the chance that you will need to reach out for help one day. That’s why we’re dedicated to providing top-notch support to our users. We want to ensure that you have a seamless experience while using our platform.
So let’s look at the three ways you can get support from your Member Jungle team.
First things first, let’s answer the big question you are wondering.
Does Member Jungle Offer Phone Support?
Unfortunately no. We understand that just picking up a phone and talking to a real live person is very convenient. We certainly tried this for a while but found that it wasn’t the fastest or most effective way to help our customers. We have found our system of lodging an online support ticket to be a much quicker and more effective way of addressing everyone’s problems. This way, all the issues can be entered into the system and quickly prioritised so our next available support technician can start working on your issue.
We would love to offer a phone support service if you have a genuine emergency with your Member Jungle site, but unfortunately, we can’t. While you know the difference between an actual emergency and a small problem, not everyone does. If we offered emergency-only phone calls, our tech support would constantly be fielding calls from people who have forgotten their password and could have simply just used the ‘forgot password’ link on their login page.
Overall, doing things this way results in a quicker and more effective solution to your problem than if we did it via phone calls. We know that filling out a digital form may not be as simple as making a phone call, but it is the most efficient way for us to assist you.
With that in mind, let’s talk about how to get support.
#1 Online Support Articles & Training videos
Your first and often only step if you need help with something on your Member Jungle system, is the online support articles and videos. Here you can find a comprehensive collection of articles, FAQs, and videos on how to manage your Member Jungle system. This is essentially the equivalent of just “google it”. Nine times out of ten, you are going to find the answers you need right here in seconds.
On the off chance that you can’t find the answer here, it’s time to lodge that support ticket.
#2 Support Tickets
If you can't find an answer in our online help articles or have a different concern, you can contact our support team. To do this, visit Open a Support Ticket on the help portal. You will then be asked to fill out the following form.
In this form, you will be able to fill in all the relevant information about your problem and even include screenshots of exactly what your problem is if you think that would help. You can also fill in how severe the problem is.
Keep in mind that even if you assign your problem as “low priority”, we will still get to your problem very quickly. We guarantee a response within two business days but usually respond within two to four business hours. Often the low-priority questions and issues are the easiest and quickest to fix.
Our dedicated support team is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Sydney/Australia time.
#3 Online Training
Now that your support problem has been fixed and everything is running smoothly again, now is the time to dive into the third option.
While online training may be something that you did when you first onboarded with Member Jungle, revisiting it again can be a great way to see off any future problems arising. It never hurts to have a little refresher. Especially if the reason you contacted help in the first place was that you had a question about the system.
At Member Jungle, we offer three kinds of online training:
- Free online training sessions
- Free online Q&A sessions
- Private 1-on-1 training sessions
Free Online Training Sessions
We provide regular free online group training sessions lasting approximately 1 hour, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. There is limited space available in each session, so it's always best to register beforehand. You can register for the free training sessions at Book Online Training Here.
Free Online Q&A Sessions
Our Q&A sessions are designed to target any specific area of the Member Jungle system that you require assistance with. You can register for the free online Q&A sessions at Book Online Training Here.
Private 1-on-1 Training
We also offer private 1-on-1 training sessions by appointment. Depending on your Member Jungle package, these 1-on-1 sessions may incur additional costs.
For more information about these 1-on-1 training sessions, please fill in this contact form.
Our Support Commitment to You
Our support commitment to you, our customers, is to help empower you to comfortably manage your own Member Jungle system through the availability of comprehensive online help articles and videos, effective online training, and expert technical support. We want all our customers to have a great experience with our Member Jungle system and technical support team.
