"All right, guys, so, a couple of ways you can contact our support team and get the help you need. We have a complete online portal full of all the various knowledge base articles that go into each module of the system and how to use each aspect of it.
Beyond that, if you're wanting some instructor-led training, we offer paid one-on-one sessions for you or your entire committee.
We also do free group sessions as well. Led by one of our advising Account
Managers. So, come along and sign up for that and get all the details you need. At the end of each of these sessions. We open it up to a Q&A. So if something hasn't been covered in the training, you'll get your chance to ask about it and get a great answer.
And lastly, you can get in touch with that team, if you haven't found what you're looking for in the knowledge base. Head over and raise a support ticket with your specific question, and our team will endeavour to get back to you as quick as possible."
