Member Jungle can now offer an all-in-one solution for various clubs and organisations, that can save time and reduce the manual processes involved managing your members custom information. This new feature allows you to create custom sets of form fields that you can add to your membership forms for your members to add, edit and maintain. 

Collect all of the relevant information, including images and documentation that is required by your club or organisation in a custom set of data fields

Allow members to add multiple sets of the custom data to their membership application/renewal form

 

 

Customise a set of fields to collect your clubs required information

  • Create custom sets of fields to collect your members information (for example, car information, dog or horse information, security checks (working with children/police check), workplaces etc
  • Set limits on the amount of field sets a member can add (eg - member products can be capped in a dog club, so that a member can only add 5 dogs for that membership level)

Easy access for members and administrators

  • Create a single field collection, or multiple to add to different membership levels as required (eg - a dog club may have a dog field collection, and a handler field collection)
  • Dictate if a field should be required, if it will be editable, or administrator access only
  • Add the custom collection to your membership form for your members to complete at sign up or renewal, and maintain throughout the duration of their membership
  • Members can view, update and add to their custom information via their mysite area
  • Administrators can view a members custom data within the membership form, in the members profile
  • Excellent to store date information (eg - expiry of working with children check, or registration expiry etc)
