Member Jungle offers an import routine that allows you to import your member data directly from your existing membership database or CRM system. You can also update the database at any point in time by importing your current data plus run comparison reports to ensure that your data stays the same across both systems.

If you don't have a CRM or membership system, Member Jungle system also offers complete membership management, including online payments, automated renewals, online member database and more.

All passwords are encrypted and the website and administration area of Member Jungle are all encrypted by SSL in data transit. Your data is stored in a secured database which is physically separated from the web-server to further protect your data. For over 15+ years we have hosted systems for Australian government and non-government organisations. Access to specific member data is controlled by the site administrators who can allow (and restrict) individual access and privileges for additional website or system editors. We use an Australian-based hosting facility with redundant data-centres to ensure complete availability in case of any hardware or bandwidth failure with our own technical support team to manage the servers.

There are no contracts so you can cancel at any time, we just require 30 days written notice of your cancellation. You can also upgrade to another package whenever your needs change as well.

We have a full support portal with videos and help documentation that you can often find answers to, plus a ticketed support system where you can raise a case and someone will typically respond to you that business day. All urgent issues are always addressed accordingly and we have a 99.9% guaranteed uptime with our hosting.

Our support team is also based in Australia and operates during EST business hours. We also offer regular free online training webinars and Q&A sessions  to help you get the most out of your Member Jungle system.

There are a range of options for your digital member card design, our standard cards include your corporate color and logo as well as the following member information fields.

• Member Name
• Expiry Date
• Membership Level
• Membe Number

We also have a range of custom designed or card configurations options for member cards. These options also include the option to include a member profile picture. 

Digital member cards available in the Apple and Google Wallets can also include your brand colour and logo, but are more controlled in design elements.

Digital member cards via Member Jungle are available to be accessed a number of ways, including

• Available membership portal website
• Emailed automatically to members upon signup and renewal
• Via the integrated mobile app with QR card and barcode
• Added to the Google or Apple Wallet 

Digital Member Cards can be used offline in the Google and Apple Wallet, the other options will require internet access.

Member Jungle system doesn't manage the POS side of things. It will look after the generation of the member card and barcode/QR to be used alongside your point of sale. So that means that when you import your member data into the system, you would import your the required information. Which means that when the digital member card is scanned, your POS system identifies the member and gives them appropriate discounts or loyalty points. 

All loyalty points and discounts would still be maintained and managed via your Point of Sale system as they are now. Member Jungle, however, does offer Member Check-in functionality if you wish to track attendance and check members in via digital scanning.
