How you can use the Mobile App for your Club!

You can now download our new Member Jungle mobile app and stay up to date with what's going on in your club.

Plus receive notifications about important event reminders and when a website admin adds something new to the website.

Download the App   

The first thing you need to do is download the mobile app onto your device. Select which device you have and click on the icon below and download the "Member Jungle" app. 

   

Search and Add Your Club

 

Click on your new Member Jungle App icon and open the new app. 

We recommend you allow notifications so you can receive important updates from the club

 

Now you need to search and add your club.

Start typing our club name in the search bar, as pictured below.

Logging into the App

Your Club will appear in the list on the screen, click on the Sign-In button, as pictured below.

Use your login details from the website to login.

 

If you don't know your details click on the "Forgot my Password" link and it will take you to Your Club's website where you will be asked to reset your password. 

Logging Out

To log out from the Member Jungle app, first click the 'burger icon' to open the left navigation menu. Then, scroll to the bottom of the menu and click on 'Logout,' as shown in the picture below.

 

Using the App

You can access a variety of different things within the app depending on what features you club uses including:

• Looking at your Club Info
• Viewing and Editing Your Profile 
• Staying up to date with Club News
• See all Upcoming Events (and add them to your calendar)
• Read the latest Blog articles
• View your Member Cards
• Update Your Notification Settings
• Visit your club website
• Plus receive notifications and important reminders for upcoming events and when someone adds new information to the Club website.

Editing Your Profile

You can access your Membership profile easily from the app by clicking on the yellow My Profile link on the overview page.

Updating your details will not only update them in the app but also on your club website and membership profile.

To update your details click on field you wish to update, as shown below

Viewing Your Member Card

To access your Member card, simply click on the "My Cards" icon on the Overview screen

 

Additionally, there is a submenu page under your Membership that provides instructions on how to download the Mobile App and search for your club.
